Hexton Bee Company - Tawari Honey - this unique honey originates from the Tawari flower which grows in the wild back country of the East Coast.  Matawai is a small settlement surrounded by steep, craggy hills where the Tawari grows. This unique  high altitude plant creates a honey that has an earthy rich butterscotch flavour.
